Kai Pardon holds a degree in engineering and is the company’s general manager. Kai also the consummate professional in his job. He established ONE WOLRD - Reisen mit Sinnen, in 1995. Since then ONE WORLD has regularly won many tourism-awards in Germany (like Goldene Palme, Touristik Aktuell Preis).

Being sensitive to new destinations and creative travel ideas, he has most recently focused his attention on the Cape Verde.

Heike Alter, the company’s general manager and product-manager, holds a degree in the cultural sciences. She wrote her thesis on sustainable tourism in Costa Rica. On Cape Verde she uses her extensive tourism knowledge and her talent for organizing to make each trip ideal for the customer and the local community as well.
